Seriously, though, how old are the kids?
Do they need *dubs*, or are they old enough to read subtitles?
For example, Cowboy Bebop is excellent (and has a good dub), but obviously a lot of it would go right over the head of young kid.>>9982362
From this list, Bebop and Abenobashi stand out as not-quite-kid friendly. I loved Abenobashi, but the FUCKIN' episode in FUCKIN' America is only FUCKIN' funny if you FUCKIN' watch the FUCKIN' dub, which has just a tiny bit of swearing.
If your kids can handle subtitles, Tekkon Kinkreet is nice, as is Girl who Leapt Through Time.
Steamboy was okay.
