Thinking about it, it would require some modifications to scripting so that it wouldn't have to be done entierly in first person and some liberties taken. You'd need three runs.
Sora and Tsugumi arc would have to be interwoven together in the first run. You and Sara would be together in the second and then there's the whole final Coco run. For the initial intro for the first arc it would all be just one single perspective, Takeshi, initially in first person untill say his friends phone him on the boat asking "Yo dawg, where you be at, Takeshi?". Soon as someone says his name we switch to standard anime fare, we see the real Takeshi, dark hair, dark eyes run around doing his schtick till he fucking dies.
"Life Reactions: 1"
Bam, second arc, this time everything from first person again this time from "Kid's" perspetive, initially first person untill You comes along and calls him "Shounen". Bang! Zoom! Right to the Moon! We're back in third person following Kid, as the "Audience" heard him being called Kid we automatically asume he is THE one and only as an audience percieve him too look exactly as the 2017 version.
SUDDENLY MIRRORS EVERYWHERE.
2034 sees what he actually looks like, the audience perception skewes, he passes out like the faggot he is, fade to black and bam he awakes in the infirmary and looks just like his reflection.
As for 2017 Kid having to be Takeshi, he did a shitty job in the novel. Red hair? Light brown/reddish eyes? Were you fucking paying attention? Just change it so that he actually looked like in 2034 he made an effort to look like Takeshi, dye his hair, throw in some contacts then you can have another scene in Coco's arc where he looses a contact or something and 2034 Kid starts freaking the fuck out yelling "THIS EYE IS AN EYESORE".
