Dance Till Tomorrow

After /a/non delivered, I read Dance Till Tomorrow within a day. It was good, not great, but really good. The ending was good. Quite realistic, really, although it's pretty sad and funny at the same time.

The ending was surprising, though, to say the least. It was practically a battle of decisiveness between two lovers who, after a long time, realize that they still do love each other.

That doesn't mean it left a good taste in my mouth after I finished it, though. It's hard to commiserate with either Aya or Suekichi, because despite both loving one another, they weren't really honest.

(Although I'd still argue they were really loyal. I mean, not doing it with anybody else for 10 years is a feat.) Still, though,
just surprising.
