Exactly why I shouldn't be criticizing it, but you know what, I still will for one good reason:
If the anime tries so hard to give off that feeling of traveling across different parts of the world, aka "quest to kill Diva", then they could at least try to give the main characters a sense of alienation to at least make an attempt to show a language barrier to make the situation more believable and to get the idea across better.
But fuck no, they have to shoot for a bunch of bozos coming from OKINAWA, Japan to travel across the globe and they meet different people; like an evil nigger, a bunch of lab mutants, a Siberian hermaphrodite, a UK nigger, the English version of Dr. Phil, and a bunch of of other morons from different parts of the world, and they can communicate with these Jap fuckers with ease; it completely destroys that sense traveling.
It's like they look like they're going places, but they are still in Japan all the time. Yeah... they have an Empire State building in Japan, and 9/11 happened in New York, Japan.
