'Chibi Vampire' was chosen by some braindead weeaboo wannabe at Tokyopop because they've already marketed 'Kami-chama Karin' as simply 'Karin'.
The manga is good and wonderfully dark despite the overall upbeat tone of the story.
There's a series of light novels, which are entertaining, but pretty firmly removed from the main story. They come off as fanfiction.
The TV is meh, but has a few good highpoints... Ren's oneshot and Anju's awakening, for example. Also, Boogey-kun is made of Ted Bundy and Win.
Winner-kun is... painful.
The best non-literal translation I've heard of 'zouketsku' (anti-vampire?) is 'Multiplire'. Shame the official translation doesn't use it.
