But I don't see the loathing. Even if she doesn't know what he's done, she knows him. Take the part where Euphie made the declaration of mini-nippon, she grabbed his hand when he was shaking with rage. She knows what's inside of him, and while at worst she might be horrified of what he'd done, I still don't think she'd leave him. I mean, we've seen her care for her friends, but I don't think we've ever seen anything she puts above her brother. Not even the moral indignation of other peoples' deaths.
