Yeah, I too forced myself to watch the last halfdozen episodes.
Harem-wise, the lead of SnH wasn't much of a useless asshole, uncommon for a harem. And the number-one girl was quite if not very likeable. Then SnH didn't try to be funny, it was.
Ikuto had his moments, but was mostly useless and nosebleedy. It could be funny if limited to one episode. Or in benevolent cases, once per episode.
Suzu was a moeblob.
All the secondary girls were adorable with their respective personality flaws. I kept wondering why the author created Suzu in the first place.
But it was quite colorful.
