She continued “2 days in the forest of magic, or… 2 days in Gensokyo?” Gensokyo. That was what this place was called. I answered Gensokyo, and this time she didn’t say anything. She only looked at me. Then, without warning, a bunch of huge icicles flew by me. I thought it was this girl, this fairy’s doing, but when she turned around with a look of surprise I knew otherwise. Off into the distance was another strangely dressed girl, with a blue and white dress, a white cap, and a golden lapel shaped like a bird's foot around he neck. This girl, however, seemed intent on killing me. This time her attack was more serious, however, as she had a clear shot at me. A large spell ring appeared behind her, and what seemed like an endless amount of icicles and balls of pure energy came flying towards me. Without even realizing it, I dodged almost every single one, while a few barely caught me in the side. But something else felt strange. I was no longer on the ground. Both girls looked at me in amazement; apparently, few humans are capable of flight, even in this magical land. It was now I realized that trip here had changed me… or perhaps, I had not changed at all, simply the laws of physics had been skewed on this plane. But this was no time for thoughts on physics, I was still in danger of dying right here, by the hands of some ridiculously powerful creature. But before she could launch another attack, the fairy girl cried out to her “Hey, Letty, cut it out! Why are you attacking him? Do you want the Miko after us again?” Letty replied “But Cirno, I heard you yelling, wasn’t this guy attacking you?” She replied, almost smugly “Hah! Attacking me? Who would be stupid enough to do that? I am the strongest!” They both smiled, but I still had next to no clue what was going on, only that I was floating and some weird girl just tried to kill me. The sun was high in the sky.
