As said before, at that point there were a lot of Kino campaigns going on, and a lot of the Kino-voters were saying things along the lines of: "November will win anyway, I'll vote for Kino", "She's going to lose, so I may as well vote for her, just so she beats Alucard". Seriously, there were posts upon posts in a row of people saying versions of this. The campaigning seemed to break the apathy that's been plaguing round two, and given that she got 382 votes in the previous round, 343 votes in this round is possible.
But still, it LOOKS dodgey, so I hope it's being looked into, if only to clear Kino's name.
