It's ironic, really. People sagebomb because don't understand that sage isn't a hostile response. Saging doesn't even hurt a thread. It's just so you can post without bumping up a thread. But people took it as some offensive thing. Thus, the sagebomb was born.>>13734829

Unfortunately, my faith in this is starting to decline.
Geass Sunday doesn't go away if you just ignore it. It covers the whole board and wipes out any meaningful discussion. I can only minimize so many threads before I'm staring at full pages of minimized threads.
Moot has already said he's considering implementing 'a form of user moderation that actually impacts the content of the board, separate from the current reports system' in the last newspost. So, maybe salvation is on the way. Maybe not.
