no u. I have a shitty isp that has a monopoly in my area. All smaller ISPs rent the lines that are owned by the larger ISP, and are subject to the same throttling bullshit that we're being forced to endure while the very uncompetitive nature of said large ISP's most recent bullshit is sorted out, which could take a very long time.
Torrent traffic is throttled, and encrypted traffic is treated as torrent traffic. There's no way out, and no way around it, and it sucks. It takes bloody long enough to get stuff through torrents as it is, and I don't want to have to go through the bullshit of re-encoding them afterwards as well.
