Doesn't really matter for me, because my shitty ISP throttles the fuck out of all of my torrent traffic. For what it's worth, I used Deluge when I was trying out Linux, because as far as I could tell, Azureus would stop my downloading if my ratio wasn't above a certain level.
Normally, this wouldn't have been a problem, but I had just formatted, and my first torrent was downloading faster than it was uploading, so it reached a spot and then just sat on its ass for hours, because it was an old torrent, and nobody else was downloading (and therefore, I couldn't upload the small fraction of what I had downloaded to them).
The ratio thing may not have been the problem, but I stopped caring, because it was being utterly useless and changed to something that didn't suck.
The Windows version may not be quite so gay, to be fair, but I didn't want to give it a second chance, so I'm using uTorrent.
