I was staying at the Mandarin Hotel in Tokyo when a little girl who couldn't have been more than 14 asked me to take her to dinner. I thought it was either a joke or a trap (not that kind), so I politely declined. She kept on following me around though, so eventually I took her a ticket restaurant, made small talk, and parted ways afterwards. Never saw her or anything else to do with her again.
There, both cute experience and hotel recommendation (though it ran around 300 bucks a night).
Holiday Inn's aren't bad for the price, but you don't stick around for the breakfast.
