First, that's some seriously bad trolling. Seriously, at least TRY a bit. "Lol he's criticizing a shonen, let's bring up another of the big ones, lolz".
Secondly, as far as technical skill goes, Kubo has very little. Proportions are particularily alien to Bleach (Cue in the comparison of how Ichigo's muscle mass shifts like every other chapter), but that's fine. He doesn't go for graphical cleanness, he goes for expression. Comparatively, Bleach's usual frames are a lot more fluid and expressive because that's what Kubo goes for, whereas Naruto is almost always dull and still save for the once-in-a-blue-moon occasion that Kishimoto feels like actually working.
