If you stop eating, you'll never lose weight. (Ironic, isn't it?)
Do what I do and eat oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, yogurt, and green tea every morning for breakfast. That would be a much better first step.
Believe it or not, but I'm struggling with weight issues as well.
