I'm sort of having trouble imagining how anything could be girlier than Chobits, but anyway...
I find Koukou Debut/High School Debut to be very enjoyable. It's a gentle, funny send-up of many shoujo manga cliches, but is also genuinely heartfelt and sweet.
Cardcaptor Sakura, of course.
Lovely Complex, about a tall girl in love with a short boy. It's really funny, too.
Try some of Rumiko Takahashi's non-Inuyasha manga; I don't know if they'd be quite girly enough for you, but she's very good at romance/comedy.
Skip Beat is really only girly in the sense that the main character is a girl, but it is very funny, so you might want to give it a shot.
