But still, if you drop half the shows you start and a lot of the shows you do finish you 'worry' are being done by other groups, that's just annoying for the people watching your work. If you're going to just release fansubs, then just release them within 1-2 weeks of when the episodes air in Japan so we can see them. That's the point of fansubbing.
Other people now adays have starrted screaming about 'quality' or 'super encodes' or 'perfect subbing' or whatever but those are the ones who are trying to get these things for free over buying DVDs and are REALLY taking Fansubbing too seriously. We need the episodes to come out near the Japanese release but not so close that they are pushing the fansubbers too hard.
But we also don't need to wait 3 months and have our episodes be superbit with 4 different languages, softcoded to 3 different options with colored fonts and optional blowjobs. We don't need to turn fansubbing int othe fucking American Distribution market.
