I know it's common. I wouldn't care if I could believe it was possible for them to have some sort of deep relationship at that point.
And it doesn't change the fact that she collapsed out in the middle of the courtyard when it would have been so easy to at least reduce the amount of rain falling on her. Last time I checked Clannad was a Key work. It may not be the best one, or it could be total shit compared to their other stuff, I don't know. I watched Kanon too, and I didn't particularly care for that.
I respect the fact that you people like Key. I haven't seen anything from them to cause me to respect their work, however.
