Mine doesn't do that, but it's still not watchable.
despite the guide saying to wait while it caches the video, my computer does no such thing.
As well, using the option to use the coreavc codec seems to do anything but actually speed up playback.
Thirdly, the subtitle file itself seems to slow down playback.
It's a fancy subtitle file or something I guess, but .ass files always seem to slow down playback even worse than the lousy h264 format does.
It's giving me so much shit that I'm probably just going to convert the fucker into .avi tonight when I go to bed, and will have a different subtitle format thanks to a subtitle conversion site I found.
No, I don't give a shit how many people think h264 and .ass is better.
