I have a weight bench behind me whenever I surf /a/, always reminding me of my potential. My uncle was steps away from a position in the American Olympic swimming team before he broke his arm way back when he was young. If I didn't eat so much I wouldn't be 150 lbs. I think my ideal weight is 140lbs lean, 145lbs if I was ripped. But I'm not, so I'm 10 pounds over in fat and 5 pounds under in muscle.
But hey, /a/, my forearms are looking good! I swear I'm going to match Frankie's some day!
