When Windows XP SP3 is installed, your internet is limited to 10 simultaneous connections.

For 64-bit XP, use the patched TCPIP.SYS available at
I don't know exactly how much connections you should use; 1000 (or more) must be enough to "unlimited connections".
Even if you don't have SP3 yet you should use the patch, it works too with older versions of XP, like SP2.
