Someone needed to do that as soon as episode 136 finished!
Seriously, it was a decent studio until filler hell. What pisses me off is that they are making a fuckton of money from such a shittily produced anime and yet none of that money seems to go back into the art and animation.
The best manga-to-anime shounen I have seen is Kekkaishi by Sunrise. They made it 52 episodes long (so it's lengthy but not eternal), they used only the manga plot (with minimal filler), and left it with a decent ending and have the ability to continue it whenever they want. All shounen should do this by law.
