Likewise, at the end, after the JS Inbcident is over, its like the cyborgs are just like "heehee, oops, we're sorry, we were bad, we'll play nice now", as if what just happened was no big deal at all and continuing the 2nd assertion that Jail was controlling them and with his defeat they were free to be themselves.
As for the 2nd half:
Quattro was hit point blank and center by a beam something like 30 feet in diameter. With the limiter removed, at Nanoha's full power, the AMF or whatever down, and with a move more powerful then anything seen in the previous two Nanoha series after a full ten years of experience and training.
When she hit Fate with SLB in season 1 she was infinitely weaker, and actively trying not to kill or even hurt Fate as she just wanted to talk (as opposed to her stated murderious intent with Quattro). I'm definitely not overestimating Nanoha, Fate, and Hayate's powers. In season 1 it's explicitly stated that Nanoha and Fate's weapons clashing with NO MOVES ACTIVATED is causing a space/time distortion, let alone the various times they state that them exercizing their powers recklessly is terrible for the fabric of time and space in season 1 and 2.
The only thing more powerful then the combined might of the three "aces" is the arc en'ciel. Other then that, and MAYBE Chrono, the three of them are supposedly the three strongest non Lost Logia powers in the Nanoha verse.
Likewise, none of the opponents in StrikerS even compare to what they were facing in original and A's, and had the limiters and AMF BS not been present, and the girls not been Nerf'ed, Nanoha and co. would have disintegrated Jail and crew from moment 1.
