Sadly that's an uneducated statement as I doubt you are fluent enough in Japanese language or speaking mannerisms to say
"This character in Japanese matches his voice quite well and I like how his etc..."
Because really nobody can. Sure there are things on the most superficial of levels that we can pick up easily enough. Such as a high squeaky voice for a large and muscular character.
But really I doubt anyone here has the grounds to say what a good Japanese voice actor is compared to a bad Japanese voice actor.
