426mbs of video, 191 mbs of surround sound, and 60 mbs of stereo. I used about 75% of the quality, and cropped whatever I could off the sides.
Since the movie was already 23.976 fps, there was no need to IVTC it (there was no interlace as far as I could tell.)
Obviously, the video was encoded in x264, while the audio was done in AAC. I'm not the perfect encoder, so if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
