Watched all of those, actually even forgot three.
Net Ghost Pipopa 4/10
Macross F 10/10
Real Drive 10/10
Anyway, Kanokon had some really well animated sequences, take Koichi Kikuta's beginning sequence for example, the direction and overall execution isn't too awful for the kind of series it is, as such a 5/10 is a perfect fit, it's stupid fanservice but has the mentioned good parts and is a bit entertaining. To-Love-Ru deserves less of course since it's already quite badly staged in episode 1 and only to be expected to fail more afterwards, then again I somewhat like the modernized Urusei Yatsura premise and the manga is quite funny and enjoyable, as such I went soft on it.
In my opinion anything with 4 and above has at least some parts which are enjoyable. As such the rating follows, 7-good, 6-above average, 5-average, 4-below average, with 3 and less deserved for stuff that's only differing in the overall crappyness, 3-bad, 2-very bad, 1-absolute and utter crap.
Take it as you will, a show with actual good animation, direction and overall execution will always be at least worth a 6, regardless whether I absolutely detest either the genre, the story itself or the writing. Not that I would expect Kanokon to keep the level of episode 1, since Xebec is shit and only has like four or five people capable of anything (and three of them were on Kanokon #1).
