Makes sense. Since what made Killy also made the Safeguards. The part where Safeguards murder practically all of humanity on sight and are in a somewhat silly protocol and regulation based conflict with the Net Governing Authority is something that came afterwards where there would have been plenty of time for Killy to have worked with Sanakan.
I always thought that was kind of funny. The Authority is against the Safeguard's altered policies but can't actually do much as they are restricted without the orders of a NTG carrying human who can reset their protocols. So the Safeguard and Authority are in more of some sort of stalemate because both are restricted by formerly established programming that requires intervention by the NTGs and are not allowed to do very much against each other besides having their agents duke it out every once in a while.
I thought it was awesome how Sanakan somehow was contracted with the Authority afterwards. Did some sort of contract with the Safeguard expire, or did the Authority take advantage of some regulation loophole to conscript her?
