I just had an idea, hear me out.

Suppose I could hijack two wireless connections from my neighbours and use them simultaneously, could I partition a file by dividing it into 3 parts and then send a request per connection for that partition? I'm sure there's a HTTP header which allows you to request a file from a certain byte. Therefore, in the situation of where ISPs allocate you a 1Mbit download speed (approx 128 KB/s?) for your house on your street, you could combine these and reach 128*3 KB/s at a maximum speed?

To make it /a/ related, I'll say I'll be downloading anime with it.
