Rossiu = Lawful Good; Read what everyone else has said so far. He agonized over the decision of 'is this the right thing to do', but then decided to go with it for the sake of the 'greater good'. To use DnD terms; see most paladins and how they will do whatever it takes to serve the greater good of all things, even if to them it screams as 'wrong' on their own moral compass.
Lon = Neutral Good; That's right. Neutral good. Doesn't take sides, but is genuinely concerned about the proper sense of morality and goodness of something. He supported neither Rossiu nor Simon, because he knew they were both doing what they saw as good, and so he assisted both accordingly.
Simon = Chaotic Good; Willingness to break the rules and go against authority for the sake of what he deems to be the right course.
Anti-Spiral = Lawful Neutral; A complete and total fixation on what they deem as 'the right choice', with an utter disregard to aspects of good and evil. It doesn't exist on their spectrum. There is simply the goal to achieve, and the obstacles to overcome towards that goal. Even if the universe itself were to be reduced to a barren and lifeless place, as long as it is still intact and the Spiral Nemesis avoided, it is fine with them.
(No idea what to put for True Neutral)
Kamina = Chaotic Neutral; Kamina never once showed any degree of caring about the suffering of others. This is a FACT. He dismisses those who are killed by the Ganmen as 'weak', and declares he will have no such death. Reckless and a painstakingly individualistic person, to the point that some would deem it insanity, is the best way to describe Kamina. In most DnD terms, Chaotic Neutral personalities are 'as likely to jump off a bridge as they are to walk over it'.
