The reload looks like a lazy one you might do on a range where you're not training for a tactical situation. If this is a combat situation and the operator is experienced
the guy should just let the magazine fall out of the mag well under gravity simultaneously to letting go of the front grip.
Quickly tilt the gun to it's side to do a chamber check while bringing up the new mag, tilt the gun back and settle it in the well and come back on target in one smooth motion.
Also Experienced shooters tend to use the front handles as a reference point for where to place the front hand and drive the gun to help mitigate recoil rather than actually gripping it as a handle bar.
