Alright you fucking faggots. You want to make a video game? Lets get real. The first thing we are going to need is people experienced in engine coding. Such as people who are well developed into unity or unreal engine. All team members will need to know how to work in said engines so that we are all able to bring our assets together to craft said game.
Secondly, we are going to need funding. How long do we want the game to be? Whats the gameplay gonna be like? What will set us apart from the already stagnant and stale video game industry? Drop the fucking android game because we will just get buried by uninspired shovelware. Lets say we go to kickstarter. What will make people want to fund it? All this needs to be considered because people are trusting us with their money. If we fuck up we will never make another video game again.
Thirdly, we will need coders, and this may be the toughest part. We are artists, and they are computer programmers. Two very polar opposites trying to work together to accomplish something. I've heard many stories of programmers and artists having fallout's because of two very different ideas. If we manage to make it this far and need coders, we will have to be on the same page as them or else this is doomed to fail.
Fourthly we will need a story. We can't just say "OH LETS MAKE A GAME GUYS!!1" and expect shit to just fall in our lap. Whats the story of the game? whats the type of game? Whats the gameplay like? I have a story for a video game that I have wanted to make for a while but don't have the funding or the proper team. So if you guys are 100% serious you still want to do this even after all I've said, I'll share it with you. We would need to come to an agreement on the story and game to become good.
Lastly, we will need communication. Let's say we've gotten everything together. We have funding, we have a team, and we have a good idea for what we want for a game. (Cont in next comment)
